           dollars shall be obligated for the right-to-know       

           program, so-called, to implement certain provisions of 

           chapter four hundred and seventy of the acts of        

           nineteen hundred and eight-three                       





 EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT AND OWNERSHIP PROGRAM                       

 9400-1100 For a program to promote employee involvement and              49,800        49,800

           ownership in the workplace                             





 WORKING CAPITAL REVOLVING LOAN FUND                              

 9400-1111 For the purpose of contributing to an industrial              500,000       400,000

           services revolving loan fund to provide working        

           capital, and to leverage federal matching funds for    

           financial assistance for such purposes under the       

           Economic Adjustment Program Revolving Loan Fund        

           authorized pursuant to Title IX of the Public Works and

           Economic Development Act of nineteen hundred and       

           sixty-five, as amended                                 





 RE-EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE FOR STRUCTURALLY DISLOCATED WORKERS     

 9400-1112 For a program to provide comprehensive re-employment          439,000       255,400

           assistance to employees affected by economic structural

           dislocation; provided, that the services shall be      

           provided in conjunction with any applicable federal    

           funds granted to the state for related assistance by   

           the employment and training administration of the      

           United States Department of Labor                      





 ECONOMIC STABILIZATION TRUST                                     

 9400-1700 For the purpose of contributing to an industrial              155,400       175,000

           services economic stabilization trust, as provided by  

           chapter twenty-three D of the Massachusetts General    

           Laws, and for a re-employment assistance program as    

           specified in section seventy-one D of chapter one      

           hundred and fifty-one A of the General Laws
