 1108-3200 For the purposes of the commonwealth's contributions       13,516,576    13,516,576

           for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and ninety-six to 

           health and welfare funds established pursuant to       

           certain collective bargaining agreements; provided,    

           that said contributions shall be calculated as provided

           in the applicable collective bargaining agreement, and 

           shall be paid to such trust funds on a monthly basis,  

           or on such other basis as the applicable collective    

           bargaining agreement provides
