 FOR THE COSTS OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION PAID TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

           employees, including costs for prior fiscal years;     

           provided, that the secretary for administration and    

           finance shall charge, pursuant to the provisions of    

           this act, other items of appropriation or state        

           agencies for costs incurred on behalf of said agencies;

           provided further, that said secretary may transfer     

           workers' compensation-related fringe benefit           

           assessments from federal grants and trust accounts to  

           this item; and provided further, that said secretary   

           shall identify charges by said item of appropriation
