Viewer's Guide

This online document uses enhanced HTML 2.0 programming tags. More specifically, if your WWW browser cannot support the TABLE tag, the output of some the pages located within this document will not align properly. The suggested browser for viewing this document is Netscape 1.2 (or higher). NCSA Mosiac is also known to support the TABLE tag, however, this online document has not been fully tested with the latest version of Mosaic and is not guaranteed to support all TABLE alignments.

Printing information:
For the most part, all sections that are accessible from the table of contents are printable in their entirety once your browser has downloaded each section page.

If you want to print narrative information for a section, you should select the necessary link from the main table of contents and select "PRINT" from your browsers menu system (once your browser has downloaded the page completely). Due to the construction of data and to keep the integrity of the textual document, all departmental narratives within each section will print at once.

Line item information will print in a similar manner. If you want to print line item information for a section, you should select "Line Item Information" from the sub-menu in each section and select "PRINT" from your browsers menu system. Again, due to the construction of data and to keep the integrity of the textual document, all departmental line items for that section will print at once.

There are two areas within this online document that will not hold true with the above printing guidelines:

1) The Tax Expenditure Budget is printable in parts (1-7), by selecting each part, then selecting "PRINT" from your browsers menu system.

2)The Outside Sections are broken down into 6 files. To print all of the sections: Start at the main title page (by selecting Outside Sections from the main table of contents) and select "PRINT" from your browsers menu system. This will print out sections 1 & 2, along with the table of contents (for sections 3- 54). Section 3 stands alone; to print that section, go there and select "PRINT". Sections 4-13, 14-31, 32-40, and 41-54 are in separate files. To print those sections, select the first number (i.e. 4, 14, 32, or 41) in each group, then select "PRINT".

Currently, there is no way to download the content within this online document. We plan to offer that option at a later time. Please check this space for information on further updates.
