0810-0338	For the administration and expenses of the investigation and prosecution of automobile insurance fraud; provided, that the costs of this program shall be assessed pursuant to section three of chapter three hundred ninety-nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-one; provided further, that said assessments shall be credited to the General Fund; and provided further, that notwithstanding said section, the amount so assessed shall be two hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred twenty-two dollars plus an amount sufficient to recover indirect and fringe benefit costs of personnel funded from this item	256,222
