MASSACHUSETTS CULTURAL COUNCIL
0640-0300	For the services and operations of the council; provided, that notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the council may expend the amounts herein appropriated for the purposes of the council as provided in sections fifty-two to fifty-eight, inclusive, of chapter ten of the General Laws, in such amounts and at such times as the council may determine pursuant to section fifty-four of chapter ten of the General Laws; provided further, that twenty-five percent of this appropriation shall be transferred from the Arts Lottery Fund to the General Fund quarterly; provided further, that any funds expended from this account for the benefit of schoolchildren shall be expended for the benefit of all Massachusetts schoolchildren and on the same terms and conditions; and provided further, that the council shall not expend funds from this account for any recipient that, in any program or activity for Massachusetts schoolchildren, does not apply the same terms and conditions to all such children	11,949,890

0640-0350	For the purposes of the cultural resources act as provided in section thirty-six of chapter sixty-nine of the General Laws; provided, that the council shall not expend funds from this account for any recipient that, in any program or activity for Massachusetts schoolchildren, does not apply the same terms and conditions to all such children	3,329,850
