FY99H1A Budget Recommendations
The Division of Administrative Law Appeals
is an independent panel that conducts adjudicatory hearings on
appeals of rulings by certain state agencies or as a result of
notification of intended state agency action. The Division receives
approximately 1,300 appeals each year.
Budget Recommendations
The amount recommended for Fiscal Year
1999 will enable the Agency to provide the same level of services
as in Fiscal Year 1998.
