0640-0096	For the purpose of the commonwealth`s fiscal year 1999 contributions to the health and welfare fund established pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement between the lottery commission and the service employees international union, Local 254, AFL-CIO; provided, that said contributions shall be paid to said fund on such basis as said collective bargaining agreement provides	280,930
