| 0321-1510 | Private Counsel Compensation For compensation paid to private counsel assigned to criminal and civil cases under subsection (b) of section 6 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, and section 12 of chapter 211D; provided, that not more than $1,000,000 of the sum appropriated in this item may be expended for services rendered before fiscal year 2009; provided further, that the chief counsel of the committee for public counsel services may transfer funds from this item to item 0321-1500; and provided further, that the chief counsel shall provide written notification to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the secretary of administration and finance of a transfer of funds within 30 days of that transfer |
