| 1790-0100 | Information Technology Division For the operation of the information technology division; provided, that any planned information technology development project or purchase by any agency under the authority of the governor for which the total projected cost exceeds $200,000, including the cost of any related hardware, software, or consulting fees, and regardless of fiscal year or source of funds, shall be reviewed and approved by the chief information officer before the agency may obligate funds for the project or purchase; and provided further, that the chief information officer may establish any rules and procedures that are considered necessary to implement this item |
