| 1790-0200 | Chargeback for Computer Resources and Services For the cost of computer resources and services provided by the information technology division, including the purchase, lease, or rental of telecommunications lines, services and equipment that are centrally billed to the commonwealth; provided, that the cost of computer resources and services for the design, development, and production of reports and information required for analysis related to appropriations bills and other legislation shall not be charged to the fiscal affairs division, the house of representatives, the senate, or any joint legislative account in fiscal year 2009; and provided further, that any unspent balance at the close of fiscal year 2009 in an amount not to exceed 5 per cent of the amount authorized shall remain in the Intergovernmental Service Fund and may be expended for that item in fiscal year 2010
