| 2300-0100 | Department of Fish and Game For the operation of the department of fish and game; provided, that the commissioner's office shall assess and receive payments from the division of marine fisheries, the division of fisheries and wildlife, the office of fishing and boating access, the riverways programs and all other programs under the control of the department of fish and game; provided further, that the purpose of those assessments shall be to cover appropriate administrative costs of the department, including but not limited to payroll, personnel, legal and budgetary costs; and provided further, that the amount and contribution from each division or program shall be determined by the commissioner of fish and game |
