| 4000-0352 | MassHealth Enrollment Outreach Grants For MassHealth enrollment outreach grants to public and private non-profit groups to encourage and stimulate enrollment in publicly subsidized health care programs and to strengthen connections between new enrollees and primary care providers to be administered by the executive office in consultation with the health care reform outreach and education unit; provided, that funds shall be awarded as grants to community and consumer-focused public and non-profit groups to provide enrollment assistance, education, outreach and coverage maintenance activities directly to consumers eligible for publicly administered and subsidized options |
