4110-2001	Turning 22 - New Clients For services to clients of the department who turn 22 years of age during state fiscal year 2009; provided, that the amount spent from this item shall not annualize to more than $425,000 in fiscal year 2010; provided further, that the commission shall work in conjunction with the department of mental retardation to secure the maximum amount of federal reimbursements available for the care of clients turning 22; and provided further, that the commission shall work in conjunction with the department of mental retardation to secure similar rates for contracted residential services	175,000	225,000
