| 6010-0003 | Massachusetts Highway Department Billboard Retained Revenue The department of highways may expend for highway maintenance an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 from revenue generated from promotional programs; provided, that the department may grant licenses in connection with the program for a term not to exceed 10 years; and provided further, that these licenses shall be revocable upon reasonable notice of not less than 30 days if the department determines that the licensed premises may not be used for program purposes
