| 8800-0100 | Nuclear Safety Preparedness Program For the Pilgrim Power Plant nuclear safety preparedness program of the Massachusetts emergency management agency; provided, that the cost of the program, including fringe benefits and indirect costs, shall be assessed on Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensees operating nuclear power generating facilities in the commonwealth; provided further, that the department of public utilities shall develop an equitable method of apportioning the assessments among the licensees; and provided further, that the assessments shall be paid during the current fiscal year as provided by the department |
