7006-0020	Division of Insurance For the operation of the division of insurance, including the expenses of the board of appeal on motor vehicle policies and bonds, certain other costs of supervising motor vehicle liability insurance, and the expenses of the fraudulent claims board; provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, 100 per cent of the amount appropriated in this item shall be assessed upon the institutions which the division currently regulates under general or special laws or regulations, except for licensed business entity producers; and provided further, that the assessment shall be in addition to any and all assessments currently assessed upon the institutions and shall be made at a rate sufficient to produce $11,294,230 in additional revenue to fund this item	11,294,230
