0330-3334	Probation Service Fees Retained Revenue The chief justice for administration and management may expend for the operation of the district court and Boston municipal court departments an amount not to exceed $23,000,000 from fees charged and collected under section 87A of chapter 276 of the General Laws; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipts of retained revenues and related expenditures, the chief justice for administration and management may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	23,000,000
