MBE The
Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) is developed
by the National Conference of Bar Examiners and administered by the
Board
of Bar Examiners as part of the Massachusetts Bar Exam. An
information
booklet, which provides the applicant with a description of the MBE,
outline
of the subject matter and sample questions, is available on the NCBE
web
site: National Conference of Bar
Examiners.
Multistate Bar Examination scores achieved on prior bar examinations are not accepted by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners. The Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners will only accept Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) scores transferred from another jurisdiction when they are achieved on a concurrent administration. |

MPRE The Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) is developed and administered by the National Conference of Bar Examiners three times per year. Prior to filing an application to sit the Massachusetts Bar Exam each applicant shall have passed the MPRE with a scaled score of 85 or higher.
