Salem Harbor Incident Report

On July 31, 2008, the Department of Public Safety issued its findings relative to the explosion of the boiler at the Salem Harbor generating station on November 6, 2007. The explosion led to the death of three plant workers. The full report may be accessed by clicking on the link above.
