The cost for Grievance Arbitration is a filing fee. The charge for filing each request for arbitration is tweleve hundred dollars ($1200.00) for private sector and six hundred dollars ($600.00) for public sector. The fee for arbitration is paid in equal shares by the parties.
The cost for Grievance Mediation is a filing fee. Grievance Mediation Services are provided at a fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per party.
