Baruch is arraigned in Superior Court

A Lenox man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  18 year old PHILIP K. BARUCH, JR. appeared before Judge John Agostini.

BARUCH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of MOTOR VEHICLE HOMICIDE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND OPERATING TO ENDANGER and one (1) count of SPEEDING.  Judge Agostini released BARUCH on personal recognizance on the condition he not drive or consume alcohol or drugs during the pendency of this case.
