Berry enters not guilty pleas on B&E charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on numerous charges.  21 year old JOSEPH R. BERRY (614 Tyler Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

BERRY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on twenty (20) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, nineteen (19) counts of VANDALIZE PROPERTY, one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING and one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.     

The charges stem from a series of breaks at a storage facility in Hinsdale between August 14, 2011 and August 15, 2011. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Hinsdale Police Department.
