Cooper enters not guilty pleas on drug charges
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 35 year old MICHAEL L. COOPER a/k/a MICHAEL COLT and MICHAEL POPE (33 and a half Curtis Terrace) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
COOPER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two (2) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE (2nd offense) in connection with sales of cocaine in Pittsfield on December 2, 2011 and December 20, 2011.
Judge Agostini ordered that COOPER be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
