Fowlkes has case continued for 2 years

A Pittsfield man appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this morning on several charges.  20 year old MACKENZIE FOWLKES appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

FOWLKES had five (5) counts of LARCENY UNDER $250, five (5) counts of IMPROPER USE OF A CREDIT CARD UNDER $250, one (1) count of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, TO WIT: MISUSE OF A CREDIT CARD and one (1) count of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, TO WIT: LARCENY UNDER $250 continued without a change of plea for 2 years.        

It was alleged that FOWLKES used stolen credit cards to obtain merchandise in Pittsfield on August 11, 2010. 

One (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, three (3) counts of LARCENY UNDER $250, two (2) counts of LARCENY OF A CREDIT CARD, one (1) count of IMPROPER USE OF A CREDIT CARD UNDER $250 and one (1) count of COMMON AND NOTORIOUS THIEF were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
