Kuklewicz pleads guilty in Superior Court

A Millers Falls, Massachusetts man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court.  39 year old STANLEY P. KUKLEWICZ appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

KUKLEWICZ pleaded guilty to one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY.  Judge Agostini ordered that he serve a 47 day sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. 

One (1) count of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OF A CHILD was continued without a finding for 1 year on the condition KUKLEWICZ abide by all Probate Court orders.  Two (2) counts of KIDNAPPING were continued without a change of plea for 1 year. 

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on May 1, 2011 and allegedly involved a 32 year old woman and a 6 year old girl. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
