Mullin arraigned on an arson charge

A Great Barrington woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court.  57 year old PATRICIA W. MULLIN (525 Main Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

MULLIN had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on one (1) count of BURNING A BUILDING.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance. 

It is alleged that MULLIN set fire to Mullin-Jones Antiquities in Great Barrington on December 10, 2011.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department.
