Perkins has her case continued for 3 months

A Pittsfield woman appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this morning on a conspiracy charge.  42 year old JODY E. PERKINS a/k/a JODY E. MERRIAM appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

PERKINS had one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS continued without a finding for 90 days on the condition she undergo drug testing for the next 3 months.   

It was alleged that PERKINS conspired with others to sell drugs between October 14, 2010 and October 21, 2010.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force, including state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Pittsfield, Adams, North Adams, Dalton, Lee, Lenox, Williamstown, Lanesborough, Great Barrington and Stockbridge Police Departments, federal investigators from the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
