Warren is arraigned in Superior Court

A North Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  24 year old MICHAEL L. WARREN a/k/a SCOOP (138 Brayton Hill Terrace) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

WARREN had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE.  Judge Agostini released him on $1,000 bail.

It is alleged that WARREN sold cocaine in Pittsfield on June 23, 2010 and was in possession of cocaine with the intent to sell in North Adams on August 2, 2011. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, North Adams and Williamstown Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
