Brouillette pleads guilty, sentencing on the 29th
A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge. 26 year old TIFFANY BROUILLETTE appeared before Judge John Agostini.
BROUILLETTE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS. Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance pending sentencing on August 29, 2012.
The incident occurred in Pittsfield on August 31, 2009.
One (1) count of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
