Cardona enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  22 year old GABRIEL S. CARDONA a/k/a GABBY appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

CARDONA had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three (3) counts of ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A DISABLED PERSON, one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON and one (1) count of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON.  Judge Ford released him on personal recognizance on the condition CARDONA have no contact with the alleged victims.    

It is alleged that CARDONA assaulted two men, ages 19 and 22, in Pittsfield on June 29, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
