Clerc pleads guilty, will be sentenced on the 26th
An Adams man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to child pornography charges. 32 year old DAVID CLERC appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CLERC pleaded guilty to five (5) counts of KNOWINGLY POSSESSING VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD DEPICTED IN SEXUAL CONDUCT. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance pending sentencing which will occur on November 26th at 9 a.m.
CLERC was in possession of child pornography in Adams on January 25, 2010.
The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
