Crisp is arraigned on B&E and other charges
An Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 30 year old CHARLES CRISP (99 Howland Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CRISP had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, two (2) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM, two (2) counts of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and two (2) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100 bail as CRISP is serving time on another matter.
The charges stem from a house break in Cheshire on April 18, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
