Crump enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Canaan, Connecticut man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  35 year old MICHAEL CRUMP (379 Route 44) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

CRUMP had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $15,000 cash of $150,000 surety bail. 

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 27 Christian Hill Road in Great Barrington on August 1, 2012.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department.
