Crystal Bushey is arraigned on a reckless endangerment charge

A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court.  31 year old CRYSTAL BUSHEY (335 South Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

BUSHEY had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on one (1) count of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OF A CHILD.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition BUSHEY have no contact with the alleged victim.   

It is alleged that BUSHEY knew about the sexual abuse of a woman who is now 18 years of age and failed to report the abuse to authorities.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between February 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
