Dilley enters not guilty pleas on B&E and firearm charges

An Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  40 year old ROY OWEN DILLEY (23 Gilead Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

DILLEY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, two (2) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM, two (2) counts of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and two (2) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.    

The charges stem from a house break in Cheshire on April 18, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
