Field pleads not guilty to intimidation charges
A Monterey man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on intimidation charges. 44 year old GERALD V. FIELD appeared before Judge John Agostini.
FIELD had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two (2) counts of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance as FIELD is serving time on other charges.
It is alleged that FIELD intimidated two witnesses in a pending criminal matter. The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Great Barrington between August 15, 2011 and January 10, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department.
