Gardner appears in Court on B&E and other charges
A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 26 year old JUSTINE L. GARDNER (16 Congress Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
GARDNER had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT LARCENY OVER $250. Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition GARDNER have no contact with the alleged victim.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on July 20, 2011.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
