Green is arraigned in Superior Court on a drug charge

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a drug charge.  26 year old ANTHONY GREEN (283 First Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

GREEN had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE in connection with the execution of a search warrant at 466 Fenn Street, Pittsfield, on September 26, 2012.

Judge Agostini released him on $1,500 cash or $15,000 surety bail.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
