Haddock appears in Court on a conspiracy charge

A Great Barrington woman appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this afternoon on a conspiracy charge.  32 year old TINA M. HADDOCK appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

HADDOCK had one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE continued without a finding for 1 year.  Judge Ford ordered that she remain drug free and undergo testing during the next 12 months.      

The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at 27 Christian Hill Road in Great Barrington on August 1, 2012.

One (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department.
