Haddock is arraigned in Superior Court

A Great Barrington woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  31 year old TINA M. HADDOCK (27 Christian Hill Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

HADDOCK had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance. 

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 27 Christian Hill Road in Great Barrington on August 1, 2012.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department.
