Jangrow enters not guilty pleas on B&E and other charges
An Adams woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 41 year old BILLIE L. JANGROW a/k/a BILLIE LYNN BROSMER (1 Quality Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
JANGROW had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on five (5) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, seven (7) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM, seven (7) counts of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, four (4) counts of CONSPIRACY, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 ONGOING AND CONTINUING OFFENSE FROM A PERSON 60 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, two (2) counts of FORGERY OF A CHECK, two (2) counts of UTTERING A FALSE CHECK and one (1) count of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250. Judge Agostini released her on $500 bail.
The charges stem from house breaks in Cheshire between April 13, 2012 and August 31, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
