Kasuba pleads guilty, sent to jail
A Lanesborough man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges. 29 year old TIMOTHY M. KASUBA appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
KASUBA pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF OXYCODONE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS. Judge Ford ordered that he serve 1 year of a 2 year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the DISTRIBUTION OF OXYCODONE charges. KASUBA was placed on 1 year probation on the charge of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.
The incidents occurred in Lanesborough between November 1, 2010 and November 25, 2010.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Adams Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
