Kazimierczak enters not guilty pleas

An Adams woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  43 year old FELISA D. KAZIMIERCZAK (4 Miller Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

KAZIMIERCZAK had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of KIDNAPPING, one (1) count of EMBEZZLEMENT FROM A BANK, one (1) count of MISLEADING A POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON and one (1) count of FILING A FALSE CRIME REPORT.  Judge Ford released her on personal recognizance.

It is alleged that KAZIMIERCZAK while employed at Greylock Federal Credit Union took approximately $60,000.  The incident is alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on March 1, 2012.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
