Larimore enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 35 year old JUSTIN R. LARIMORE (37 Plinn Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
LARIMORE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND OPERATING TO ENDANGER CAUSING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, one (1) count of OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL (3rd offense), one (1) count of OPERATING TO ENDANGER, one (1) count of FAILING TO STOP FOR A POLICE OFFICER and one (1) count of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE (2nd offense). Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition LARIMORE not drink alcohol or drive during the pendency of this case.
It is alleged that LARIMORE was operating a motor vehicle that struck a bridge abutment on Route 20 in Lee on August 26, 2012. A passenger in the vehicle, a 27 year old woman, suffered serious injuries in the crash.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
