Lewis is arraigned on drug charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  35 year old TIMOTHY M. LEWIS a/k/a QUAN and Q (168 Dewey Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

LEWIS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two (2) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE (2nd offense), one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense), three (3) counts of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 cash or $100,000 surety bail. 

The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between November 17, 2011 and June 15, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
