Mayotte is arraigned in Superior Court on motor vehicle offenses
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on motor vehicle charges. 47 year old DONALD E. MAYOTTE (203 Chapel Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MAYOTTE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL (5th offense), one (1) count of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE and one (1) count of FAILURE TO STOP FOR A STOP SIGN. Judge Agostini released him on $2,500 bail on the condition he not operate a motor vehicle during the pendency of his criminal case.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on September 11, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
