McKie has not guilty pleas entered on drug charges

A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  31 year old MAIGHAN C. MCKIE appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

MCKIE had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE and one (1) count of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE.  Judge Ford released her on $1,000 bail. 

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lenoxdale on April 3, 2012.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Adams and Lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
