Meyette enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 30 year old JOHN W. MEYETTE (56 Brooks Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MEYETTE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT LARCENY OVER $250. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100 bail on the condition that MEYETTE have no contact with the alleged victim.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on July 20, 2011.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
