Michael Cooper pleads guilty to drug charges

A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  36 year old MICHAEL L. COOPER a/k/a MICHAEL COLT and MICHAEL POPE appeared before Judge John Agostini.

COOPER pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE in connection with sales of cocaine in Pittsfield on December 2, 2011 and December 20, 2011. 

Judge Agostini ordered that COOPER server concurrent 1year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
